This course will examine global trade by focusing on the
history of international trade, how trade works and who it advantages and disadvantages.
It will also give participants and understanding of key international agents
and institutions and outline their role in international trade. The course will
also focus on what the principles of fair trade might be and what the fair
trade movement is about.
The course will run from 9:45 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day. The
course is free of charge and will be held at the Ulster Peoples
College.
